Shipping, Delivery & Payment
What are your minimum orders and shipping rates?
For orders of 250g or less, a flat shipping fee of $25 applies.
Orders exceeding 250g include complimentary standard shipping.
What is White Glove service?
Our White Glove service offers hand-selected truffles delivered directly to your restaurant each week.
This bespoke service is available at a flat rate of $50, inclusive of delivery and handling.
When is the order cutoff for weekly shipments?
To reserve your selection from the week’s shipment, orders should be placed by Sunday evening.
Orders placed after this time may still be accommodated, subject to availability.
How does payment work?
We operate on a pay-on-demand basis, with payment collected at checkout.
