• Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable products, such as truffle oils, salts, and other packaged goods, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographs of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
